Pretty good burgers, nice choices in non-alcoholic drinks. Prices are a bit higher but ingredients are fresh and yummy. Solid place to meet up for lunch.

Private parking lot & street parking available. Outdoor and indoor dining options. My friend Linh invited me to lunch , we arrived a few minutes before they open , we just waited outside under the shade canopy until one of the employees welcomed us inside. Between my friend and I , we were indecisive on what to order. Everything sounds delicious from browsing through their menu. Our waiter Mathew was awesome!!! We asked for his recommendation. With his suggestions we shared a crispy glazed brussels sprouts , perfectly seasoned, it was delicious . We wanted to order for to go, since we to tour Redlands old town on a hot day . We didn't want the Brussels sprouts to spoil sitting in our car . I had the Eureka American burger with honey cinnamon sweet potato fries . The sauté onions enhanced the sweetness in the burger. Watermelon hibiscus spicy agua Fresca with a tad of spicy flare to wake up our taste buds and wash down our burgers . Service , food and ambiance 5/5

Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich and Double Smash for the win! The chicken was juicy, I liked the fact that it was not all breading. The double smash was so good, I would definitely get it again! The fries were decent, a little too salty. The menu said they were signature fries, so I was expecting a little more quality. Service was awesome, our server was warm and kind. The atmosphere here was great, I enjoyed the restaurant ambience

Hubby and I are always looking for new places to eat that offer something a little different and tasty. Well Eureka did just that! We live 2 cities away from where this place is located but it's totally worth the drive. Food was AMAZING! Started with the Brussel sprouts for an appetizer. Holy moly! Never had Brussel sprouts so good. Highly recommend. I had the Fresno fig burger. Fig marmalade and goat cheese on a burger? Who knew? Been craving to go back for another already. Hubby had the pastrami sandwhich. Now this guy is hard to please and always offers up a bite to taste but not this time. He ate the whole thing and offered me nothing. Rude but that meant he loved it. LOL Now one thing to know is Eureka is located in Redlands near the college so yep, the drink menu is larger than the food menu and if you're wanting to try this place too, I suggest a weekday afternoon, or you'll be surrounded by the younger crowd. We're older so this is what we'd do next time. Either way, give it a try. Don't think you'll be disappointed.

This place is great! It's downstairs from Otzi Tattoo Studio, and has the best Burgers!! I got the Western Bacon with A Caesar Salad & Fries. The servers are very attentive and the vibe is amazing!

Their burgers are SO good, and I'm really not a burger person. I can't remember what I order but it has fig jam on it! It has such nice balance, and not sure about other burger joints but here they ask you how you'd like your patty cooked! I don't dine in, but I'll usually get my orders Togo. It's a very chill vibe here and the staff is super friendly!

This is already one of my favorite place for burgers but they still manage to delight you more each time. I brought my team here for a recognition lunch and they reserved the tables immediately as I waited for everyone to arrive. Because I am a regular I was hoping to have a burger they now only serve on the weekend. The waiter asked the cooks and made the exception for me and more of my team also with a couple requests outside of the daily menu. The place was packed by the time they fully opened and lunch hour was in motion. We had full service and attention even with every table being full. Really love Eureka whether it is Claremont, Redlands and Ontario! I've tried them all. The bone marrow is my go to and they also have yummy beverages for adults.

Came here since we were in the area. After getting mani and pedis we were a little hungry. Eureka was a nice little surprise! Totally our vibe! Cute little corner spot with a warm And cozy vibe. You can tell is a locals favorite because it was busy after 5. Food was good, we had better tasting but the DRINKS.. now that's different! Those were a hit! Delicious and refreshing. Our bar tender was so helpful. Really knows her drinks. I can definitely see myself being back here for tasty and refreshing drinks!

A burger is a burger. That's why, when I can, I try to go for a burger that looks and tastes different. The Fresno Fig burger grabbed my attention. Goat cheese and jam on a beef patty?!? I reserved my judgment on this combo. Then I took a bite and was pleasantly surprised. The goat cheese was had the look and feel of a creamy, thick yogurt. The jam was subtle in its sweetness, but offset the salt from the beef and bacon. The fries were plain, and good. Nothing more to be said. My table also got an appetizer before our entrees. We got this roasted artichoke appetizer. Great combination of flavors. Charred brussel sprouts with almonds and a sweet chili glaze. I'd come here again. Go for the more unique menu items if you are open to it. Your tastebuds will be surprised! Seating is split between indoors and outdoors, with a giant tent overhanging the outside seating. Standard, good customer service.
